Univion Anchor Jorge Ramos Comments on Obama's Promise of Comprehensive Immigration Reform

Jorge Ramos, one of the most recognizable figures in Spanish language news, published a column in El Nuevo Herald regarding President Obama's promise to address fixing our broken immigration system during his first year in office.  Read the Jorge Ramos column here.  Ramos acknowledges that President Obama has plenty on his plate at the moment, and that it is understandable that he focus on these other issues.  However, he also cautions that President Obama can only punt on the issue of immigration so long, and that he and Democrats risk losing support from Hispanic voters if they continue to ignore this problem.  Hispanics don't react kindly to broken promises, this is something that NDN knows very well and is highlighted in the ad below:
