Senator Baucus speaks to NDN on U.S. Trade Policy

Today, Senator Max Baucus, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, delivered a major speech to the NDN community on the future of U.S. trade policy. In his remarks, Senator Baucus called upon Democrats and the nation to be "bold and ambitious" and that "inspired by our past accomplishments, we can craft a new vision to address the challenges of the 21st century economy."

Senator Baucus delivered his remarks as part of a new series of symposiums on the future of U.S. trade policy. This series is part of NDN’s Globalization Initiative, a multi-year effort to provide a new narrative and set of policy recommendations to make globalization work for all Americans.
