I know several others that are avid runners and they run the SAME route during their runs. IF you jog 14 miles everyday I am sure you jog the same route. Why on this particular day did you choose to change your route. Also. on this particular day. officers just happened to be watching your encounter with the City Clerk. Are you really a jogger or did the officers drop you off in the neighborhood that morning?
