Regarding immigration policy: If we want immigration to increase we must first build the schools, the houses, and the social organizations prior to inviting the immigrants. We must train the teachers and have the schools in place before the immigrants arrive. As we dispersed the Asian-war boat people throughout the United States we also must disperse the new immigrants away from the top ten immigrant states. Dispersal is essential and important.
Today's 303+ million U.S. inhabitants at today's birth and immigrantion rates will equal in 45 short years an America a 35% increase in the number of people. Will there be room? There will be room ONLY if we build 99 new communities of 1,000,000 each. We must disperse the American popultaion away from existing cities into new state cities. We cannot crowd another 100 million people into our already overcrowded cities.
